My family has a cabin in La Plata Canyon, we have all seen strange things flying around the canyon over the years. I have a pretty good video of an UAP above Silver Mountain. Let me know if you want the video. Thanks for the coverage, I've thought these were strange cases. The mountains here can be unforgiving, but our local SAR teams are some of the best and highest trained in the country. SAR spent weeks searching for all these people without a trace located. Ian could have fallen through a snow bridge and drowned, trapped underneath snow/ice. Jim's case is very interesting. I've hiked and hunted around purgatory my entire life. I'm amazed that SAR didn't find any trace of Jim. There's a lot of land behind purgatory, but this is a very strange case.

Thank you for keeping these cases alive. I cannot image what the families must go through in these unsolved case. Many blessing to you.

The formal inquests are part of British law so it must have come from us. I though everyone had this type of assessment.

I do think he was dazed or stressed from the accident..maybe got lost, realized he lost his phone, and tried to go get help. It was probably dark. He was disoriented ( happens surprisingly easy) and fell in the water and drowned. No indication anyone was chasing him. No indication anyone would or did hirt him . He was probably decomposed, esp. Being in water..

Along the trail they found a spent shotgun casing, camouflaged mosquito netting and boot prints. They said they also found circular and zig-zag trails in the woods that were consistent with “lost” individuals.

Did he get into an accident avoiding or striking a deer? Did he run in following a deer? Wondering if it was injured?

I'm wondering if you have looked into the lady bird lake deaths in Austin Texas. Seems to me that they may be sobering coincidence cases. They were almost all unexplained drownings

The airhorn is a really good idea! Its something most people may not think of, and may very well scare off predators with far more sensitive hearing than ours, and probably super loud to an animal, and of course, could help people find you if your lost. Very helpful idea to consider, thank you~ 👍😎

I know it seems self explanitory, but there is one thing, a person who isnt so familiar and in a panic in the woods from an approaching bear should remember, and that is what direction the wind is blowing! If you spray bear spray with the wind in your face it could end up in your eyes instead of the bear's. Now there is a bad situation. Just a thought...
