Are there any useful plugins for non-sport clubs that need object sharing features and that are cheap enough that small clubs can afford it? (<200$/y). Memberpress seems geared towards your own content, but it doesnt seem to have object sharing on board... (eg. cars, tools, properties...)

I think it would help your subscriptions here on yt if you would provide tutorials on some of these points. Like how would you use wpfusion to signal decreased site usage to catch members before they unsubsribe. And how would you them send an email via fluentcrm? That sort of stuff. Cheers, thanks

Not that I know of and from the top of my head I can't think of any plugins that would do this. However it's something a half-decent web developer would definitely be able to code up pretty quickly

I absolutely hate it when people leave my membership. It honestly gives me the worst anxiety and knocks me completely flat. Despite spending a huge portion of my working week learning how to be a more effective coach and make everything I offer insanely valuable and effective at getting my members tangible and transformative results that have a lasting impact .......whenever I get a cancellation, I literally spiral into an anxiety pit, and I feel like I'm utterly wasting my time.
@MembershipGeeks6 ай бұрын
Honestly you're not alone - one of the hardest things to learn with a membership is not to take cancellations personally. It's remembering that in most cases it's about that person and their circumstances (time, money, other things cropping up in their lives) than it is about you. Cancellation is not condemnation. And it's also generally not the end. A good portion of people who leave will find their way back to you. Often people cancel for temporary reasons - whether it's financial or perhaps realising they're not yet in the right place to make the most of the opportunity your membership affords them. Stay focused on the members who stay. Look at the results they're getting and the impact you're having. Someone else leaving doesn't erase that. Don't allow your confidence to be shaken and try not to get knocked off course.

Thank you for the video! I am looking for something to sell different memberships that include different numbers of coaching 1-1 sessions. Right now, with Memberpress, the solution is automation but it could be so much more smooth. BTW I use Amelia as my booking plugin because of its package features.

I want to offer a subscription box service where the user pays a fixed payment on a monthly basis to discover new products. Most of these membership plugins seem to focus on locked content.
@MembershipGeeks7 ай бұрын
That's correct - in terms of online products, memberships and subscription boxes are typically viewed as totally different things and so membership plugins won't be what you're looking for. There should be specific software available for subscription boxes, however that's not something we have any experience with ourselves so can't make any recommendations I'm afraid!
@NippyLaunch3 ай бұрын
Hi @876beauty! I understand that you’re looking for a subscription box service where users pay a monthly fee to discover new products, and it seems that most membership plugins are focused on locked content. Have you considered whether MemberPress, with certain addons or integrations, could support physical product subscriptions? MemberPress itself is generally designed for gated content, but when combined with plugins like WooCommerce and its WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, it can manage recurring payments and potentially handle product shipments. This setup allows you to create a seamless subscription experience for physical products. Could you share more details about the features or specific needs you have in mind for your subscription box? This way, I can provide more tailored recommendations or explore if there are addons or plugins that fit your requirements. Looking forward to helping you out!

Sure - it's just a painted wall (dark blue) with 2 LED floodlights on the floor either side of me www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B08P3QYH44/ angled up. One set to blue, the other set to pink (which oddly comes off as orange in the video) The combo was a total accident as I was going to have them both light blue to create a gradient effect, but I loved how this looked so left it.

I am an artist…sculptor in many mediums as well as having a knowledge of printing and many six and many other creative related things. Everything you said here resonates with me. I could have done this years ago but I hated joining memberships and being tied to them. You can only have a certain amount of them. However I know that is the way to go for me. I only join excellent one but the lack of monthly payment options I’d a big deterrent. I also create digital embroidery designs which would work well with this. I am just very aware that subscriptions can be difficult to keep up with. I am glad I came across this podcast today.

Excellent content! What about refunds and cancellation policies for an annual membership ? What if they cancel after 30 days? Do they get a refund for the rest? Help!
@MembershipGeeks Жыл бұрын
We’d generally recommend an initial 30 day refund window - if they cancel after that and request a refund then really it’s at your discretion. At most I’d offer a pro rated refund with the time they’ve already received deducted from the refunded amount. However you’re not obligated to do this at all, it’s just a case of decided whether it’s worth the hassle to fight it. Also note that someone cancelling their annual doesn’t mean they’ll want a refund - many people do this simply to avoid being rebilled in the future

a 1000 feels like a lot.... i don't have that much. I have 22 on my email list, 800 followers on IG, 2000 on Linkedin but they are not all engaged. how long should i wait until launch ? Am i going to fail if i start setting up my membership now and launch n 3 month
@MembershipGeeks2 жыл бұрын
It all depends on your goals. We tend to recommend having at least 300 people on your email list for best results when launching your membership, and that's possible to do in 3 months (we launched with just under 500 on our list, built in 3 months). You can launch with less people, as long as your expectations for the number of members you will get is realistic. E.g. if just 1-10% of your list join, is that okay and you're happy to build from there.
