Do you have any parts of your home that are antiques? If not, what would you like to have? I don't have any but would love to have a Victorian clawfoot & cast iron bathtub. 😍🛁 A whole Victorian bathroom with chequerboard tile floors sounds like perfection...

Love the copper. And banged up copper just shows that it was used alot. I have my great grandmothers copper water kettle from the 1800s in Sweden. Full of dings.....i love it!

I have heard more people saying that Goodwill has marked their items up too much. I have found this in my area to be true. I go to DAV and Salvation Army.

I too love the look of enamelwear cookwear however i did thrift a darling strawberry set and it really wasnt the greatest to cook with so i ended up redonating it.

I just looked them up and omg, they're gorgeous! I am OBSESSED with the Opalescent Hobnail ones 😍 They're exactly the kind of pedestals I'm looking for but yess, I will definitely bee needing to save up for one! I'm so happy you enjoyed it. 😄 Thank you so much and for your recommendation.

It was and so pretty...I loved the gold detail on it! I will be on the lookout from now on! 😍 It's been pretty fun because all of this is relatively new to me so with each store, video, and getting to chat with everyone...I've been learning so much and am learning what to keep an eye out for. ❤️

I like what you pick up bit I am a collector and do not resell anything. I mostly collect vintage 40 years or older and antiques. I do like unusual glassware however and International pieces.

Thank you! What do you like to collect the most and do you have a decade that is your favorite? 🤗 I haven't come across too many unusual glass pieces yet but have some international pieces! My favorites that I have so far are: an Iranian painting in a khatam frame (circa 1930s) and a Bulgarian pyrographic keepsake box (1970s). I got them for $8 total at Salvation Army and they're so gorgeous 😍

I have 1930 Depression cups and saucers all colors too, jewelry, glassware vases, candlesticks, vases, pottery and my vintage and antique ornament collection and more. Everything has its place. I have International too. I collect from 1980 down but I like the 50's and down the most.

Definitely! Especially now that there are scanners and modern photography, preserving them can be done more easily. I want to gather as many photos from all my relatives and digitize them so we can all have access. This year, I saw a photo of my grandparents I had never seen before and I was shocked all these years I hadn't. 😱 Thank you. ❤️
