My oneplus 7pro got bricked after flashing recovery images to 'a' and 'b' and then rebooting in the recovery. Any help in how to unbrick it ?

Great review! I bought a second one after the old one had mobo issues, keeping it for spare parts. Still the king for reading and media consumption, amoled screen, dex and headphone jack at this price is simply too good.

As safe as any custom ROM I imagine? Probably safer than stock though tbh, as the security is kept up to date

I revisited this recently and it's still solid I like it more than stock, but you do need to flash google apps which can be annoying

So everthing works for me but after the zip sideload / factory reset when i try to reboot it get stuck in fastboot mode . when rebooting it keep stuck in fastboot

Should be putting the recovery on too, but I expect you'll likely be able to start from Pixel Experience I personally go back to Oxygen OS each time I try a different ROM though

I've been a premium subscriber for 2 years now and ever since they eliminated the dashboard on the website it's just not worth it. They've changed this service for the worse. I'm cancelling mine.

This was very helpful. One little problem: the ROM zip file grew over 2gb in YAAP 14 which produces Large Adress Aware errors on ADB. Maybe you could redo with the actualized ROM

Thanks for the video! I'm having one small issue... After I extract the Zip file for my OnePlus 8T and I don't see the .exe file anywhere to launch the tool all other files are there though. I tried downloading from 2 different sources but it's the same. Am I doing something wrong?

@@FilthyCasualTech Thanks for replying. Yes same link. But I figured out it was my antivirus program putting the .exe file on quarantine. After turning it off I was able to successfully downgrade from Android 14 (latest OTA) to the original Android 11.

I don't see why not The device still working once removed is another story - never know how some app dependencies work, good luck though! Not letting the game popups drain your credit card is an absolutely vital endeavour! 🫠😬

tysm for the full list, it helped me a lot choosing which service/application to uninstall. I tried this alone, before watching this video, and i kinda messed up my phone. I mean when i was doing the swipe up to close all the apps, the phone was freezing and stuttering, and i had to swipe up 3 times before the phone actually registered the swipe up. Fortunately i was able to restore everything and get it back to normal and debloat my samsung A51 safely. Now my phone is faster than ever, even when i tried playing mobile legends i never saw it run so smoothly. This is a W vid

I'm carrying one of this well-crafted product ever since 2018, and the thing hasn't failed me not even once (I've taken good care of it thou, but there's no doubt it's not as fragile as it might seem), and battery duration is still pretty decent despite everyday usage. I guess almost six years of life (and I'd say at least another two or three years, who knows??), are not that much compared to the old days standards, but I just hope Samsung to keep bringing that school back again. The electronic garbage must stop...

Thanks! I used this video to replace my battery. NOTE for any battery replacers.. you slide the clip down side to side to take it off. To install the new clip it's a press fit perpendicular to the board. Also, the feet basically get ruined.

Most likely okay, but I tend to reset back to stock first - then follow this process. Hard to choose a favourite - crDroid has more features and customisations, but YAAP might perform better

it's still worth it , I have one right now, I got it for 160$ compared to the S6 that is 350$ or at least 300$ with no headphone jack, the s6lite is no go haha no superamoled or strong build or processor , can you recommend some games and emulators , I want to play using a controler not directly

I tried this strategy for a while, but our Pixel phone has a limited storage spaces of 100GB. Clearing up space for pixels can lead to confusion about which photos have already been backed up and which have not.

Cleanup should only delete files which have been backed up - yet to run into a problem myself I would say my only issue with the Folder sync method is it can take up your cloud storage space too, if you don't clean up frequently
