I recommend creating a separate funnel to offer your freebie like I show in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqiqaXWJar5sndU and then in your digital store, select the option to open a link (as I show in the digital store video) and include the link to your freebie funnel. Regarding Stripe, if you're offering a freebie then you are not taking payment for it coz you're offering it for free.

Hey @letssolveitten1728, if that link is shareable with people who are not logged into your website, then it should work. You can store it anywhere where you can store a PDF and create a shareable link for it. I usually use G Drive of DropBox. If you go with your website media option, then test it out yourself first before going live to make sure that you actually receive the link and can access the PDF via the purchase email. When you test, either first clear your browser cache first, or open the email with the access link in a different web browser than the one you usually use to access your website. Hope that helps!

Hi @767kgb, that's strange. If you've followed my instructions as I show in the video, then you should be able to also receive emails to your email aliases. These are the steps I took and it works for me. Send yourself a test email to one of your aliases from a different email account (for example from a Yahoo mailbox), then you should receive that email into your primary GMail account. You can then reply to that email from either the primary email address or from any of the email aliases that you set up including the one to which the email was sent.

The only rolls at the moment are Admin or Assistant, and Assistants will be able to see everything that I showed in the video regardless of who created what. That said, SIO is constantly updating and adding new features, and you can request new features to be added by their team here roadmap.systeme.io/tabs/1-under-consideration If enough SIO users vote on your feature request then the SIO team will add it in :) Hope that helps!

Hey @nevillecreativitymentor, you can't give names to the popups. That said, it's not really necessary to do so. When you create a popup it's just called 'popup', if you create more than one on the sale page then they will be called 'popup 1' and 'popup 2', etc. It is only you that will see what these popups are called, your customers will not see it so it doesn't mater what they're called. As long as you can identify them. Hope that helps :)

Hey @AIDojo64, yeah you can't use a free email address like GMail or Yahoo etc, no autoresponder platform will allow it, it's part of can spam rules. You need to use a custom email address. If you want to improve email deliverability so you land in the inbox more instead of spam or promotions folders (and also have a convenient wat to be able to access your emails via GMail) then also follow vidoes 2 and 3. You can then refund your test purchase from your SIO dashboard. I recommend setting a low price for your tests because there may be a transaction fee taken by the payment gateway you're using. @freshstartcpn4228, It’s about necessity, not about a ‘rookie’ way or a better way, etc. Most SIO users don’t need to use a 3rd party hosting company since they use SIO just for landing pages and funnels, or they build their website in SIO. So in their case using a 3rd party host would be unnecessary and a waste of money. By host company I presume you mean a web hosting provider like BlueHost, or SiteGround? If so then I’m guessing you have your primary website hosted with a third party web host, but you’d like to use the email address associated with the domain of that website on your 3rd party host to send email via SIO, is that correct? If so, my personal setup is similar. I have my main website (built on WordPress) hosted at WPX, but I’m sending email using the email address associated with that website via SIO (and also Aweber). Reason I’m using Google Workspace servers to send email rather than the host (WPX) is because G Workspace servers are one of, if not the most trusted server you can use for sending email and result in higher deliverability according to tests. Hey @reynoldsverdiner2622, yes that's possible :) You can get ChatGPT to create your ebook outline, then in Designrr begin the process the same way as I show in the video and get WordGenie to also create its version of the ebook outline. Then at that point simply Delete WordGenie's outline and copy/paste the outline from ChatGPt in its place :)

I am currently in the process of creating a couple of ebooks to sell, but for those books I am writing the content myself and I will use Designrr to put the content together in a template, with cover etc and I'll also use other features in Designrr to add images, videos, calls to actions etc in the content where needed.
