@Attackjax123 Honesty, I've never actually tried fixing split gears in these/opening them up. I'm guessing you'd open up the cloth underneath the hat above the character's head to fix the hat gearbox. Because that I know is where it's at. The head movement, you'll probably need to go into the character itself.

It can vary from different animatronics on how they're put together. Road Ripper gearboxes are actually held together with clips, which are faulty because those are like 20 years old or just about. The Raver repaired in the video was a 2011 release one, so the plastic and glue is still quite new. Older Gemmy... yeah, yellowed glue and plastic. lol Aka: be very damn careful. The second paragraph is describing a repair in general pretty much. Yes, the camera was intentional. All I really have is a tripod with light, I couldn't put that in front cause... I sit there. XD Behind would've looked awkward, and be a struggle to have everything on camera. Chose side so everything can be seen (especially full screen and 1080p). That table is also tiny, and mostly my floor would be on frame. Yeah, I could have flipped the video in editing, but I don't believe absolute perfection to get your video across. If it's watchable, helpful, etc. That's all that matters on my end. The top down prospective was inspired by another user "Random Junk Channel" Personally it's the best angle for a repair video. And I want to absolutely do more since it looks great.

Yes, that's too perfect. 😂 I might try activating the all the leftover data someday. Later models of the skeleton eventually started using one of the Frogz head movement directions for the LEDs.

@codyryan9789 They actually have 4 different lines that can be accessed and heard from a glitch with the buttons. (2nd gen aka, red buttons only) If it's a gen 1 (yellow buttons) it only has the 2 lines.
