Dr. Danny thanks for being honest. I finished programs at two separate seminaries but had no guidance for handling conflict in the church. Though I'm retired, I still have to work and that isn't a complaint. I also worship at a church with an amazing group of people and am given periodic opportunities to use the gifts God gave me. That said, the insults, insensitive ignorance I experienced from a "power person" in my last charge, (he'd boast that he never read Scripture and scoff out loud if Colossians 3:16 came out during the sermon) still haunt me at times. I certainly did not handle the conflict well. Yes I've forgiven the individual and repeatedly still do when thoughts of what happened resurface. That said, thank you for your honesty in sharing that it took some five years for you to have victory over what you experienced. We have an awesome God of grace!

Congratulations Kristen on being a grandmother! We became grandparents 7 months ago today! It’s an awesome title to have! I too don’t feel I can start my day properly if I don’t spend time with God first. We have been traveling the past few weeks and my spirit felt « off » as I hadn’t read my bible reading that morning. So thankful for God’s Word! Stay blessed my sister in Christ

Wow literally about an hour ago I was telling myself I need to “stay connected to the vine” then this video gets posted😧. I didn’t even search it up. And the time when I saw it it had zero views, I felt that was God telling me “yeah buddy this is FOR YOU.”
