CMI was such a legendary label. It was my very first taste of the euro underground, way back in the mid to late 90s, and it was my launchpad to that vast and rich landscape. There were many other great underground and alternative labels, like World Serpent and Old Europa Café, but none came close to be and represent what CMI was. These days there’s Cryo Chamber, but it’s not the same. Not by a long shot.

Come on man... This same answer was answered in an interview when Shining released their first album... back then you could get impressed.... but 20 years after?? really... For sure the 2 first albums of Shining are quite oppressive and dark. For me a cornerstone of DSBM... sure you could feel that suffering and despair in the atmosphere... anyway believing some people commit suicide just because they were listening Shining is childish as fuck...

Why don't you go to do some search and stop talk bullshit online? Martin Persner is the only guy besides forge who is credited as main writer of two ghost songs, year zero and zenith. And forge himself said it on court, plus Martin persner design the ghouls outfits from both meliora and Infestissumam era. This is in the lawsuit documents. Persner co-wrote a lot of ghost songs under the nickname indio marcato, go check the credits on Meliora and Infestissumam right now and you'll see. Even better, go read the lawsuit documents and stop spreading misinformation on Internet. And i dare you to show me that i'm wrong.

They were best friends and trusted each other’s musicianship .Martin never sued but others did. Subvision is still there best collaboration and Martin agrees that he is a special pop song writer. Martins tone is special and is respected and always has been .
