I can’t bend my knee for walk up and down a staircase without excruciating pain but god forbid Advil and adrenaline isn’t getting me on that court

Where you go man I watched your videos from my first year playing in 8th grade to my sophomore year you were a huge inspiration but now I just finished my last high school football season as a senior. I couldn’t have gotten a good foundation without you coach!

I'm 5'8 160 freshman and as an outside linebacker I keep missing tackles either because the guy gets outside of me or I don't get my feet hot and I end up looking stupid. Thanks for this video, do you have any more tips?

I small and I ran half my speed so when I was going to truck I ran full speed helmet in pads and kept the feet moving but he's right 👍

the first time i was ever tackled was when i was 100lbs and for some ungodly reason my dumbass of a coach didn't see a problem pairing me with a 210lbs lineman which led to me developing a fear of getting tackled and never getting over it

I’m a freshmen and play d-line and it’s my first year but I feel like I’m more faster and built for linebacker and coach said I can start playing next week and I feel like this video gave me more of an understanding of what it’s supposed to be like

This vid made me less scared of contact of playing rb and I’m a full time bulldozer. My tip for people is don’t be afraid to get hit or knocked down and you’ll win the contacts every time

If you tackle the thighs they can't move so that's where I go for

very interesting to "slow down" your moves and practice them in order the brain to assimilate then and then transfer the newly move acquiered to the spine backbone. I am "clumsy" and slow to assimilate moves therefore I had to fight a lot with myself doing many activities during my life: It took more than a thousand hours to understand how to kick and punch properly train and drilling hitting combos in taekwondo and learning stances and form. Thousands hours of brazilian jiu jitsu moves to drill first slowly and then faster and apply them in sparring against resisting opponents countless nights out to learn how to move on a dance floor, currently I spent nearly 2 hundred hours to learn to dance rock n roll and to overcome my lack of confidence in my clumsy beginnings. I have interest to do and drill eye and hand coordination exercices with tennis balls as do the boxers. I will see where can I fix my body coordination weaknesses

Thanks. I am gonna join HS football next year as a beginner, and even though that’s far away, I’m still trying to find out how to get in shape and do everything I missed out on for 2 years. But tackling was my fear. I understood it’s the game, but the other two tips I didn’t know
