This one is much hotter and has a water resistant material for when you sweat! Also the heat doesn’t escape like a traditional blanket

We returned ours. It was too short and I’m only 5’5”. I have longer legs, I had to shorten my stride to feel balanced and it hurt my feet. The handle is also too low if you use it to catch your balance. It’s more for just holding your phone/tablet

Considering buying this for weight loss & stress relief. Do you loose any calories? I read a review that it’s not pleasant lying under the material (plastic), can you elaborate on this? Does it feel heavy at all? Do you feel relaxed afterwards?

It’s definitely different than sitting in a traditional dry sauna, but if you’re able to relax and zone out you can get a very similar effect! I don’t find it uncomfortable. You sweat quite a bit with this which is good! I also reviewed the Hydragun Sauna Blanket on a KZbin video if you’d like to compare it to this brand. Hope it helps!
