what program do you use to make these avatars?

I use VRChat bases and then 3d paint them in Substance Painter. From there it's all Unity work

@@xariusthefurry It's all dependent on the app you are using, but in Unity you have to setup Spring Bones for the VRM. If it's for a VRChat model then it's Physbones
