It's been a while since I played but I think there's some kind of special item or outfit you can get that makes that happen.

You know since all 8 bosses are just members of red alert and are already rebels, they know what they’re doing. Flame Hyenard is actually going mad here. He’s the only enemy in the entire game that’s actually a maverick.

It really is! There's so many tiny little details in the game I didn't even comment on that make it so special. But I'm just in awe the whole time and it doesn't come to words XD Watching back what I've recorded I think "I should have talked about this and this..." hahaha

Yeah, that line was one of my biggest disappointments with the localization... in the Japanese version, Axl sounds sad that he has to put his old buddy down.

Thank you so much! To be honest I don't know the mechanics of the springs really well... what I try to do is press (and then hold) the button just as he squished the the spring all the way and hope it works. I seemed to get it every time in this run, so maybe that works!

I know it's 9 years too late, but the reason you couldn't make the jump that you kept trying at 12:00 was you didn't use your spoiler! On your speedometer you can see a up and down arrow, you use L1 or L2 to set the arrow up or down, then it aims your car up or down in the air so you fly further or shorter whenever you jump! It's honestly awesome that you finished the game without that knowledge, because having it always angled down reduces airtime in general alot (in this game you jump off the ground ALOT even when you don't want too as you already know)

@@metapod Road Trip (ChoroQ HG2) - 5 - White Mountain 41:06 when you got the wing set, you read it then messed around with it underwater, but must've just forgot about it during the annoying Tin raceway :P also I've never managed to get the car to go up and down on demand underwater "like a fish", idk what the game was describing
