This is quite a nice exercise in computer animation but in my opinion it lacks a lot in the sense of architecture and building engineering. Why not more natural light (windows) - there are no windows in the bathrooms and even in the kitchen ...? There is no insulation at all ... ? Plumbing is made totally inaccessible to service and revise. Ceilings seem quite high. Weight bearing elements don't seem strong enough for such a structure. There is no gutter / tampon around the house to allow ground water management. Also I guess septic tanks are forbidden in most urban areas in the world. But I realize this may be a building style for some other clmate I'm not familiar with.

This must be for a warm climate. The wall base lean concrete is not below the frost line, if it occurs, which could lead to heave and cracking. But what a great way to model the design and construction process!

This has to be from Europe, all that concrete would make that house a million plus here. But I bet that thing can withstand a category 10 hurricane or stand up to a 9.0 earthquake, not a speck of wood all concrete and masonry with deep footers. I'd love it, but I'll never be able to build like this.
