@Crimson Journer It doesn't cheapen the monsters because as Tasuva and Gans have said: a film and a game are two entirely different entities, especially when it involves a director with a specific vision (like in this case). In Silent Hill 2, every monster signifies something in relation to James as well as the towns' past, yes. But in the case of the film, the monsters we know so well have the potential to take on other meanings that the film may be attempting to evoke, and though they may not be explained or shown, the potential for you to contemplate and make connections between the two is in fact there. They are equally personal as they were in the game, just for different reasons :)

A Yamaoka lo puedes oir cantando en esta cancion beatmania IIDX 9th style - Lion Suki (en su disco iFuturelist hay una version nueva que suena mas "limpia"). En iFuturelist tambien hay un tema extra que se llama System Love 7.5.5 que tambien sale el cantando :)
