If you drop your body and your arm can't support your whole bodyweight, your arm will still open up and you won't be able to do anything if the other guy is stronger.

If you can't curl your whole bodyweight, when you use your body, your arm will open up if the other guy is stronger than you. Just think about the weakest link in the chain. It doesn't matter if you lean your body over if your arm is not strong enough to take it with you.

@@mikezapolski7052 People who say this assume that people have infinitely strong arms and hands and that if you just use your bodyweight, your whole bodyweight will come through your arm. That's not true unless if your arm is that strong. It still comes down to arm and hand strength. When you swing your body and you're weaker than your opponent, your hand will give out, your bicep will give out, or you could even break your arm trying to swing it at them.
