Reality is we only have the present the now but what we can do is manifest in our mind what we want for the future and create what is called future past in our mind …. We have went into the future to visualise the future we want and as you say experience it in a reality for it to be possible that was once impossible in your mind , my role model Mohammed Ali was a master at it right down to predicting rounds , it’s the power of a legacy mindset

Yes up to 100kg , we wanted to use RYP Everest base camp as an opportunity to raise awareness of the life of a Sherpa and ensure they are seen …. We do the same in Tanzania and Nepal These guys are the real hero’s of both journeys steviekidd.com/what-is-reach-your-peak/
