The 1/4 oz Gold BU Brittania & Liberty is the rarest coin of the bunch. Not the Proof but the BU which was only on the RM website for 2 weeks. IMO only about 500 were minted. One sold yesterday on Ebay w an asking price of $1600 buyer got a Best Offer. You can't find these for sale anywhere.

This video is ridiculous. 1st of all, your handling Slabs in a plastic baggie & your wearing gloves?! 2nd, silver is currently under $30 spot. The mint is charging $95.00 + $4.95 s/h. Basically $100, more than triple spot! If that's not price gouging & that's what they need to operate, they're in some serious trouble. A lot of people are canceling subscriptions & looking elsewhere, so their sales have got to be way down. Making this price increase counter productive, it's a big ol rabbit hole!

I for one never suggested a boycott. Buy what you like, The price point you can stomach and can afford.. However, The price increases over the last 4 years, or so.. 2020, 2023 and 2024 was more than inflation of what already had a high prices..

I actually like the Peace Dollar better. But I purchased several of both. However, I understand why other collectors won’t buy from the Mint anymore. I purchased them for wealth preservation for my daughter, 20-25 years down the road when I’m probably long gone. She can do with them as she pleases. Whether they go up or down in price really doesn’t matter to me. Thanks for the video.

I spotted the mints downward trajectory back in 2019. That is when I stopped even looking at their website. Many naive collectors with no stacking experience will probably keep this going every year along with the flippers that peddle to the naive or inexperienced, i wish that wasnt me but i did a lot of naive apmex stacking early on when I first got into silver. I guess the U.S. mint is still slightly better than buying collectors stuff from a shopping network or something.

I think the designs on the new coins they have planned for 2026 pretty well proves that they aren't really...trying....like they used to anymore. Now it's just product.

I pretty much don’t buy from eBay because I don’t like getting scammed by sellers. I got screwed by a seller, portcityartifacts. My fault. This seller had less than 50 feedbacks and one was negative. Portcityartifacts used eBay’s system to screw me out of a discount and then sent me the wrong coin. When I complained, he said I could return it at my expense. The seller was able to flip my demands for him to pay return shipping and send me the coin I purchased or give me a refund, into I was trying to steal the coin. Portcityartifacts was also able to get my negative feedback removed. At the time I was a buyer with 340+ positive and no negative reviews. eBay is totally rigged against buyers and cooks the reviews.

Hey, if paying more for the same or less is your thing, good for you. I started my subscription last year and already stopped my subscription for next year. Insane price gouging for what we are getting with these coins in my opinion 😮

For added interest to the video, you should eat a Tootsie Roll while wearing those white gloves. Most everyone knows the DEI infested US Mint products' quality and prices suck. Buy on the secondary market if you want to buy one of these fake Morgan and Peace Dollars. Buy the Silver Eagle if you want close up the rather large gap of in intrinsic value with coins like these two.

I had to return my two 2023 proof peace dollars, not going to buy from the US Mint again. Much safer to buy graded.

Most of the ms70 eagles from 2020-22 are milk spotted, I’ve purchased over 50 from eBay and 95% were spotted and I returned them, I got just a couple that I hope won’t spot but once they spot it’s value drops to melt value, it really sucks

I just sent my Peace Dollar back today. It had pits in the planchet. Not what I would expect or accept for $91.

It was if HIS coin was the poster child for fakes. lol The LCS he bought it from made it right with him. Around 2013-ish. I think I have a couple genuine ones.

A Lot of people were scared and throwing in the towel Jan 1st with silver at $23. It went up 40% in 5 months. When it was at 32.5 everyone was happy and confident. Now the FUD returns . Embrace the FUD.

I love the walking liberty 50cent design. The eagle just looks so powerful. I started collecting LMU gold coins myself now that 1oz gold coins are so expensive and decent grade LMU coins dont have a massive premium.

I like the front of the US version, but not a fan of the back. I would have gotten the gold one if it wasn't so expensive. I did get the silver one though and wish it was a coin and not a metal. It probably would have done way better.
