Januar 2022 bekamen wir einen Racoon - Aufsitzschlegelmulcher, für ca. 20 000€. Nach dem ersten Einsatz im Gelände, löste sich der Antriebsriemen in Wohlgefallen auf. Es dauerte ca. 4 Monate, bis wir vom Hersteller ein Ersatzteil bekamen. Garantiert wurde, dass im Reparaturfall sofort ein Techniker kommt um den Schaden zu beheben, es kam natürlich keiner und ich musste selber Hand anlegen (trotz Garantiefall). Heute, nach 95 Betriebsstunden (laut Betriebsstundenzähler), rauchte es am Starterrelais und ich stellte ein durchgebranntes Kabel fest. Das Massekabel war mit einer lächerlichen Blechschraube im Alublock verschraubt, was natürlich niemals halten kann. (Normal wäre eine 8 er Schraube mit metrischem Gewinde). Vor zwei Wochen war die Spurstange gebrochen, die ich schweißen musste, weil die Ersatzteilversorgung sehr mangelhaft ist. Zudem ist das Seitenblech der Batterieabdeckung, gerissen und gebrochen, was wiederum geschweißt werden musste. Außerdem läuft die Kiste nur mangelhaft im Rückwärtsgang, weil die Seilzugvorrichtung nicht korrekt eingestellt ist. Das bedeutet, im Rückwärtsgang eine Steigung fahren, ist nicht möglich. Die Kiste ist gerade 18 Monate alt und hinterlässt bei mir Grummeln in der Magengegend.😕 Wenn sie aber mal im Einsatz ist, dann geht echt die Post ab und sie macht sehr gute Arbeit.😉 Nicht empfehlenswert.

A company must have a basic mindset. A company without a basic mindset must learn from the mindset. Here in Korea, the market is different. None of the companies importing European products have an ad. I have that condition. The product must be used. To do so, someone purchases the product, uses it, and then discusses the supply plan with the actual worker. I don't even know what the default order is.
