Yes. And fire hydrants should be remote Canon type systems. Fires could be slowed or extinguished by the time FD arrives

This used to be $300K to $400K. A friend build a beautiful house for about $350k similar to this before COVID. This now cost $700K to $800K easily. Maybe more

That was not a $300k home. That was at least $800-900k, maybe more depending on the area. You can't build a basic home for $300k anymore.

A laundry/family business center. A washer & dryer, large folding table (fabric cutting for sewing projects), wall cabinet ironing board& iron storage, hanging rack for air drying clothes, a present wrapping station, and a computer nook. If you sew or craft a storage area with cabinets and drawers. Just dreaming!

Garage door on the side... I couldn't agree more! The front door should be smack in the middle- it's supposed to be the focal point from the outside

Walk in closets are 100% a complete waste of money. Who is dressing in a closet. 10k worth of useless sq footage. If you have ever had a walk in closet…you know. Same with master bathroom. Who is spending that much time in a bathroom. Laundry room…YES. You need the functional space. …it will always be to small

He forgot one of the absolute must haves: build a house around the house, to protect the house. If you don't build your house like a Russian nesting doll, maybe you aren't ready to be a homeowner.

Perfect for a roommate set up, the exterior aesthetics are hideous, I live near a development that looks like a video game, weirdly it’s like row houses, maybe 5 units each building, with row after row, both times I’ve been there I haven’t seen a soul, yet every little patio has kids bikes and chairs, but it’s other worldly. Bright white and crisp grey ( somehow) I was there in the summer in a weekend, cars everywhere, yet no one outside.
