I'm only discovering this now and I'm relatively new to kpop but Stray Kids is my favorite and I love Han. I have agoraphobia and get the same reaction in crowds. He's actually super resilient and strong to choose to be an idol.

i feel him and will always support him bc i have an anxiety disorder and i know what he feels like but i feel like it happens more frequent with me as i just genuinely cannot talk to people i am not comfortable with and if i do i am with my friends like you wont believe me but i have never spoken a word to my uncle in my life idk why im scared and there is lit nothing to be scared abt but i just cant do it

I’m also usually the first person to leave a party. It’s partly because I’m an introvert and partly because I have autism. I get overstimulated by parties and my social battery gets drained. I can’t even remember the last time I stayed at a party till it was over.

As one who's been diagnosed as such and who is refusing to leave their home unless they absolutely have to, I appreciate everyone sharing their experiences and perspectives. Social anxiety is a spectrum, and it manifests differently for each individual. So many people experience it to some degree without ever being formally diagnosed. It's sad and sometimes annoying to see comments all over social media platforms, suggesting that Han shouldn't be an idol because of his anxiety. When he's on stage, he can detach and adopt a different persona, which helps him perform. However, people tends to forget that fan signs are more personal and involve interacting with many people up close, which can trigger his issues. Despite these challenges, Han is a professional, a genius lyricist, and a complete rockstar. I think some people have to understand that introversion and social anxiety don't disqualify someone from being an amazing artist. The issue isn't his capability but the nature of certain events that are more anxiety-inducing.

I am a parent of a 24 year old daughter on the autism spectrum. Her anxiety is so bad she has trouble interacting even with family members. Han should be proud of his success. He is so gifted and lucky to have the support of his members (family). Stray kids should be proud of their success and the amazing relationships they have with each other. I just discovered this group a couple of months ago and their music is so amazing and inspirational. I just recovered from two near death and experiences and they have motivated me to work hard on getting myself happy and healthy. Not gonna lie, they are pretty to look at too! 😂 If only I was 20 years younger. Lol. I'm a stay now!!!

Its nice to see people in the performance industry support someone with social anxiety. Usually people dont have patience and your out. Ive had to give up on becoming a dancer because you are expected to be hyper social and people dont support you if you have social anxiety
