As a GC, great work! I wouldn't even do this myself (would hire it out, holy heck that's a lot of work). As a casual YT browser...wow, excellent editing. I expected to see 10x the subs when I looked over based on that editing, but no. Such a shame!

Where I live, you could never put water pipes in a crawl space. The pipes would freeze and break in the wintertime where I live. I guess you live in a warmer climate. That's interesting seeing that.

What wood filler did you use? Do you dap or fill anything else for the painter or is that their responsibility? The bead board was unfinished? We have primed materials available here.. any reason why? Great video! You are straight from duck dynasty or hgtv..haha

i have a question…i am trying to do this in my entryway with the square pattern and i’m using 1x4s and i was wondering do you think around the edges i should use 1x6 so that when i put my crown back the 4 inches is still exposed?
@TMPKАй бұрын
@@deerikagamel that’s the way I do it. 1x8s around the edges leaves 3 1/2 (1x4) exposed from the crown. You’re crown maybe a different size, but yes I would try to have some exposed past the crown
