but u still didnt explain how to file tax return after sim is blocked ... i mean using IRIS. Cause i was trying to do it for my family member but it showed following text at the bottom You cannot submit this task. Please Create and Submit relevant Task against issued notice. Checked the notices but cant find any link how to create new task.
