This meditation was super awesome. I’ve been having nightmares after an operation and listening to this at bedtime with my headphones gives me the most pleasant sleep and dreams. The ads are not present with premium, I know not everyone can afford premium but it’s the only treat I spend money on, just to listen to the meditations and discourses without being interrupted.

I've "done" this a few times.....the first time, very annoyed , even angry when interrupted by ads....this time, I found I could notice the ads without irritation, and continue just with the exercise, just observing.....
