This is good to remember. It’s something I struggle to remember and it causes me more mental health issues because side I think “my mental health must be shit if I’m not able to stay relatively happy.”

Great video! Healthy workplaces and employees are so important. There is direct tie-in to the bottom line for the reasons this video lists, and employee wellness should always be a focus as part of Employee Engagement.
