He can find them for you and your sister if you don't have them. 😊 Mom and I went out of town for some shopping at a wholesale warehouse similar to Costco on Sunday. It was only about 4 hours, but it was nice to get away for a little while. Rested on July 4th & 5th. Did you do anything on the 4th? Mom is the same. She had a back procedure a month ago, but it didn't really help. She's trying turmeric as a last resort now. The NCIS:Hawai'i/Kacy fans will always be Ohana Forever, no matter what happens. ❤❤❤😉

@LM... I got a new fricking phone I don't know what it did. But there were comments missing because I had saved just about every show and comments. When I get back I will see what I lost. When they told me my therapist was now in loop location, I said bye and started to walk away. The girl ran after me and said," for you she will come. She works 2 days where I want. And she along with everyone were happy to see me. I said," if you can do to my lower back what you did to my shoulder. Lady you're the greatest therapist. She's the only one there that does dry needling. One day she did 20. 10 on each side.2 weeks ago she did 16. Now she's coming back Wednesday to more. So I can enjoy vacation. Tell mom that Medicare covers it. Saw lung Dr last week he wants to send me to have stress test done. To see if it's the lungs or dr that's messing with me. Hey been on this diet going on 4 months now, and happy to say," slow and steady I'm down to 203. But I'm losing inches more. My dr said 170-180 and he's good. My dream weight 150-160. No bread, pop or rice. Didn't do anything for the 4th, except stay in this weather is not me. I love air condition. In vegas we are going to stay in as much as we can. @LM... by the way yes I went to the graduation. There were in total 35 people that he chose to invite. People that had impact in his life. From grammar school to graduation. I call us a village and it caught on. If you were not there during those formative years why would you expect an invite,? Oh by the way, that other nephew, we no longer have relationship. He was invited to vegas, mothers day and recently a restaurant. He said no to all. My other nephew said," all we can do is ask, but that's it. And by the way I gave the grad, a photo album. On each page there were 3 singles, in $500. Left mom speechless and he was in shock. He said I'm going to save this book and money for rainy day. He also said if I take money from book I will never replaced
