We have movie ratings - like X or R, we don't allow children or minors into strip clubs, etc. But these people want to put homo erotic material, disguised as "kids books" in the hands of elementarty, jr. high & high schools. MEANWHILE, we've got kids who can't read, write, or do math at grade level, not to mention poor science knowledge, AND ZERO CIVICS!

THE OPPOSITION IS TO X-RATED, PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS, mainly about homosexual or "transgender" themes, being placed into CHILDRENS/SCHOOL libraries These are cultural Marxists, who have been working for decades to break down the natural sexual innocence of children, undermine traditional families, sow division between parents & children, and to groom & pervert children or encourage sexual activity far earlier than they are mature enough or psychologically ready for such things.

Subscribing to honor the bravery and ethics of librarians.❤ Free libraries have built and sustained the knowledge and mistakes of humanity through ages. Banned books do nothing to protect kids, they only serve to reduce our collective understanding of the world, each other, and our possibilities.

Well. Because i get repeatedly Unready, i have to revisit Fred's lessons repeatedly. I didn't even have the courage to revisit "Fred Online" for a couple years. (The Palo Alto road is El Camino Royal, yeah, the Royal Road.101 down on the Bayshore was made with some landfills. I have to be honest. Of all the books in HS that were required reading this one was the worst for me. I liked and understood Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, Brave New World, and all the others. But this one went over my head, it was just trash to me.

I keep thinking i get it when stepping out here into the ferns and annual brackens and the ancient redwoods (i think proudly that i have planted two yet tiny ones, and all the uncurling ferns, while most have been here and will be, here because they did it themselves, persisting in incomprehensible beauty in the shade where they are mostly unseen, unknown.)
