What is it with the floating CVR/FDR request? If the "black boxes" remain in the vicinity of the crash, the NTSB will have a specific area where to look for them. On the other hand, if they are made lighter and are allowed to float, now they have the entire ocean to look for them. Would this approach really save time and money? Does Mr. Cohen think they will float and stay put?

Please reference American Airlines AMR Corporation and JPMorgan Chase Class 9835 Employee 563693 September 2, 1998 through October 24, 2003. Deviated operations, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, practices and disciplines October 28, 1999 through December 8, 2024 moving forward. Unresolved United States Armed Forces military contracts June 5, 1990 through October 2, 2001. I have received no official responses since American Airlines last conveyed updates on the Annual Funding Notice April 29, 2024. I've received no official responses on our existing State of Affairs between May 7, 2018 and October 2, 2018. I have received no updates or responses from AMR Corporate since their having conveyed observance of some issues but not all since October 24, 2003. JPMorgan Chase is incapable of responding adequately to meet with the demands of all the issues they are connected to with respect to American Airlines, since November 5, 2024. The Association of Professional Flight Attendants can not respond effectively enough to acknowledge that they are aware of the sensitive security conflicts since Emergency Progressions Training, One World Program in 2002. Local community leaders in Kilgore Texas are not providing any feedback on the current security clearance conflicts or their management efforts on the issues. The Texas Legislature has neither conveyed receipt of my communications to them on the issues. Nor have they communicated any updates regarding any conflicts of interest. I've received no followup information from Congress on the sensitive circumstances since most of the Congressional Hearings since then AA CEO Donald J. Carty providing testimony on the State of American Airlines in 2002. Congress was not able to update me since Congressional representation was alleged in 2008 or following thereafter. There have been no communications from the Senate on the status of the hearings with regard to House and Senate Armed Services Committee. My communications to the Judiciaries for the Philippines, South Korea and elsewhere. Please provide any updates you may have at your earliest convenience.

Hon. Criswell is a disgrace. How dare she take credit for what Americans and other countries have done. It wasn't fema providing food water, rescue, housing, clothing, communications or anything else. They have even consvicated some donations, have taken ppls property. It's criminal what they are doing and it pisses me off. They need to have residents of these states there so they can tell exactly what they are dealing with.

There is thousands deceased and ppl still missing. Please stop lying its past time to be honest. These ppl deserve the respect. They are going thru hell and will need help for years.
@Anna-iz2ld2 ай бұрын
You can tell Ms. Titus is a democrat. Smh Why should we keep giving fema money when they don't use it to help Americans but instead use our money on illegals. No more money until fema is rebuilt with ppl that will help only Americans with no excuses. Their $750. Loan is bs. They should be ashamed. If American heros can do it there is no reason Fema can't seeing they have everything they need. Such as money, equipment and any other means these poor Americans need.

How about we take the money that you are giving people who cross the border illegally and give victims the same benefits such as food stamps housing and cash assistance. On a web site I read that they get these benefits for seven years wouldn’t that be fair seeing as they have paid taxes which pay for these agencies and just get rid of fema workers seeing how we have agencies that provide these benefits we could use the same ones with just a few more workers to process and that would free up more money especially the head of these departments that money would better serve the victims who has paid into these places for years and the ones who have no jobs left to go to maybe hire them instead that way what little housing or rooms available fema employees wouldn’t be taking up much needed roofs over peoples heads.
@randomgaming68082 ай бұрын
what website would that be?
@tanyaseymour92302 ай бұрын
You also claimed that misinformation was causing people not to apply I find that hard to believe and before I believed fema I would have to hear it directly from the victims.
@tanyaseymour92302 ай бұрын
Correct me if I am wrong but fema gives these people $750 but any money after that has strings attached one being it’s a loan and has to be paid back and some cases more strings don’t know how they work exactly. The other thing is if you are giving more money to non citizens and key word giving not a loan and it is more than a one time thing it’s monthly. Don’t know what the total it amounts to but it is much much more then what disaster victims get and it is not right so I don’t know what you call disinformation but that’s not disinformation and victims are saying some are being turned down, slowed down and others only received $300 that’s is coming from the victims themselves
@randomgaming68082 ай бұрын
No, you are incorrect. These appropriations are in fact meant for relief, and have no intention whatsoever of being paid back by the taxpayer receiving the grant.
@tanyaseymour92302 ай бұрын
@ they call it disaster loan assistance because you do have to pay it back but people who have lost the homes jobs and family members deserve more help then this some have never asked for help their entire life and have worked and paid taxes . Asylum seekers , refugees and immigrants are eligible for many benefits for one year and some programs seven years they also get grants or loans to start businesses. I don’t begrudge some getting many are hard working and deserve but at same time an American citizen who has worked and paid taxes their whole life deserve help in disasters .

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has become like the "Committee of Public Safety" that arose after the French Revolution of 1789. CARB is a group of politically appointed , know-nothing, elite zealots who dictate over people in the name of their religion, namely, " The Environment".

TSA isn't the standard example you think it is. With a ton of personal, and far better equipment PSOs have caught items from ppl who just flew. That literally came from the airport.
@BlueDirt_ProAggressive5 ай бұрын
PSO are contractors. Lack the protection and benefits FPS or other govt workers get. In larger cities only PD pays better, in more rural places the PSO makes more money. In most places the contract covers all federal bldgs so there is no compensation. Unless in larger metroplexes like the DFW there are 2 major contracts in close proximity. Austin, Houston, San Antonio and surroundings spaces are single.
@BlueDirt_ProAggressive5 ай бұрын
Want to improve each bldg and connectivity with the PSOs perhaps include them in the discussions. The 1st responders to violence, 1st contact with the homeless, vendors, visitors and employees.

_Accidents involving trucks on the road often stem from a complex interplay of factors beyond the mere actions of passenger vehicle drivers. While it is true that many incidents involve four-wheelers, a significant concern arises from the behavior and attitudes of some truck drivers, particularly those from less developed regions with varying levels of adherence to road safety regulations._ _These drivers, sometimes from countries with less stringent driving standards or different cultural attitudes toward road safety, may exhibit a lack of understanding or disregard for local traffic laws and safety protocols. This can manifest in risky driving behaviors, such as speeding, inadequate vehicle maintenance, or improper use of safety equipment, further compounding the risk of accidents. Therefore, it is crucial to recognize that the issue is not solely with passenger vehicle drivers but also involves addressing the challenges posed by a diverse international trucking workforce operating under varying levels of regulatory compliance and road safety awareness._

What about the operating employees who are currently basically not allowed to ever be not on call. Ever changing lineups.. no ability to truly rest. No focus on that. Fatigue is a massive problem on top of the carriers impossibly astronomical workloads. The mental and physical health of workers is deteriorating rapidly and at this point they are threatened to be fired if they take even a few days off of being on call 24/7/365. The policy that almost caused a strike, has actually tightened even more to beyond the draconian levels it was at 2 years ago. The attendances points values for taking rest time off have more than doubled. But where is the discussion about this abuse?

"Thank you for your input. It's all very nice but I think we'll just continue to neglect maintenance, cut employees, and ignore safety issues if you don't mind. we'll continue to cut pay and afford minimal raises. We'll continue to hire less than ideal employees because we refuse to offer a pay congruent with the hard work and dangers our employees face. We refuse to offer compensation that would attract the quality of employee that an industry as vital as the railway industry deserves. Have no fear, we will make this far worse. We care only about the shareholders. We will risk everything, including yours and the publics safety, to squeeze every last penny of profit out of our employees, who don't contribute to profit. Get ready. Shit will hit the fan, but it's ok. We'll collect a fat check and retire. Glad we're not the people coming after us. That's gonna suck for them"

For anyone coming here for the clip at 2:09:09, please note that this is a panel of infrastructure executives and not climate scientists. They are introduced at 00:14:20 in the video. There has been scientific consensus on climate change for decades now. Straw man tactics like asking infrastructure panelists a question about the atmosphere’s composition are what climate deniers like Doug Lamalfa have to resort to. But unfortunately it’s quite effective in an age where misinformation spreads like wildfire and people don’t bother to check their sources.

What do republicans have against the regular American getting a break on something, the this dude with HR 8495 is a duplication of effort since the Dept. of Labor already has a plan to work on this problem the "Combatting Child Labor in the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s Cobalt Industry"(COTECCO) project. I am sure that the project already in place can be extended to handle this problem this bill seems to be duplication of effort.
