Although a good video/concept I was really sad to see that the food showcased was not really Kerala traditional food, no puttu kadala, no sugiyan, no unniappam. The food showcased was mostly post communist/secular takeover of Kerala. The lady was right, Indians or rather Bhartiya/Hindus, do worship cow and not eat it. But those are of slave mentality and for whom the culture or emotions of the majority of the people do eat beef. As it is Kerala has become Devil's Own Land.

Actually the dishes served were good picks but i wonder if they got the best tasting ones. A warm well made egg puff can make ur heart melt and so does an awesome pazham pori. The remarks by them made me feel like the foos wasn't the best tasting ! I mean those food has to be bomb.

That pazhampori doesn't look so good tbh. There are tiers of pazhampori depending on how it's made and this looks like a below average one. The top tier ones are lean and firm and are hands down one of the best snacks (can be had with beef curry, which slaps). I wouldn't even eat a low tire one, I'll just throw it away, that's how different those are.
