Yes! I been thinking about it and will probably test it out. Right now I am testing this deck with the card "Duality" but I am having mixed results. I need to test it more. Thanks for your comment!

@gambitgambles hmmm... Duality. If I was to approuch this. I'd only build a hybrid deck between both blue eyes and simply use BLS as the main ritual approuch. This way if needed, their it is but the problem remains.

Hyped to try out Dragoon. I personally am trying to make a Red Eyes deck for when it returns. (Sadly can't practice it because you can't use decks with forbidden cards in solo mode)

Unfortunately even if you could use forbidden cards in solo (which would be cool because some solo AI decks use banned cards), Dragoon is completely unobtainable in Master Duel, you can't craft him at all. So even in a unlimited setting it wouldn't be possible

Theres no proper targets. The ritual monsters were not first properly summoned, and both tyrant and twin burst has the text "Must" in their summoning condition and magia doesnt havr the "ignore summon condition" clause.
