Beautiful place property. All the living quarters and work area Barns reminds me of alot of sum of the Big Farms and Ranches in sum of parts of Mexico. The design of the Home and Barns etc. Even the terrain, landscape reminds one of Farms/Ranches in Mexico. Nice great video.

That is one magical spot in TX! It is also one of just a few places in the state we can create a year around rainbow trout habitat. It may seem impossible but we have done it in GA with the help of a knowledge of physics and hydrology.

Is the entire lake on the property? Looking at the habitat and geology, we can do wonders for trophy size fish in clear water here, including a spring creek large enough to paddle and fish. Yes, that would be an actual natural lazy river.

Just list the price FFS. You're listing a property for sale. Anyone watching this video, AND clicking the website link wants to know the asking price. Stop it with the smarmy sales tactics gathering phone numbers and email addresses to put on your mailing and call lists. No need in wasting anyone's time if it is way out of budget. Just list the price.

My bet is they won't answer you... It's not even on the website. A personal pet peeve of mine. If you're listing something for sale, put the price up. I don't want to have to call or email so you can put me on your "list" just to know if a property is in my budget. There are plenty of other channels that list prices... Check out Hayden Outdoors and Hall and Hall.
