If I remember right, Marie was excited about singing her favorite song as the final act of the evening, and planned in advance her outfit and the scenery for her act. Then Donny did his magic act and locked her in this torture chamber, and kept her locked inside and exchanged unscripted small talk for several minutes. Marie knew they were supposed to have a commercial break by now and she had to get changed for her final solo act. So she asked Donny how he is going to get her out of the chamber, and he said, "I don't know- the instructions are in Chinese." Then as soon as the laughter from the audience died down, the orchestra started playing, and Marie had to sing her final solo from inside the chamber with her body still contorted. She managed to sing it passably. But as soon as they were off the air she was very angry and said words unbecoming of her and the show had to go on hiatus for a few weeks until they made up with each other.

Hoy 29 de septiembre. Buscando el arreglo original oara montarlo men consigo con esto soy venezolano con 4 años en Barranquilla Colombia. Y esto me dio tanta emoción que me salieron hasta las lagrimas amo a mi Pais Venezuela y le doy mil gracias a Colombia por abrirme sus puertas. I loved their variety show. The ice skating was beautiful. The skits. Donny had Marie screaming at her high pitch at the drop of a hat. It was so fun to watch. You never knew what sibling antics would be next. ❤😊
