I have a 1987 Cadillac Allante that was my grandmother's. It has 104k miles, and my (soon to be ex) husband drove it with no oil and messed it up (obviously). One man said it might be a rear main seal leak, I really have no idea. I am needing to sell the car, as much as I hate to for sentimental reasons, I need to get through this transition period with the divorce. I am willing to sell cheap due to the repairs that it needs. I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions on where to post it for sale. I live in Waverly TN, not a high demand for this type of vehicle here. It's silver with the burgundy leather interior. I welcome any suggestions you might have and of course if anyone is interested in possibly buying my Allante, even better. Thanks so much everyone.

Just say no to the turbo charger. I have owned turbo vehicles before (not honda) and when that turbo charger goes out that vehicle becomes virtually worthless until it gets repaired which will cost you a ton of cash.

My first car was a NEW 1973 Millionth Vega like your photo. GM put in 3 engines during the 18 months I owned it. GM refused to continue replacing the engines which were failing before the first oil change at 1000 miles! Other than that crap engine, it was a great car.

The biggest problem with the Aztek is the 3.4 engine. Pontiac messed up not putting the 3.8 in them. I owned one, it was comfortable, had a great radio, i could never get the gas mileage that was advertised.

If it's doing what I believe it is, the car at 2:26 works in an unusual way. This thing is a little confusing at first but basically the wind pushes from the back, the drag on the frame gives it the initial movement, the prop is *driven* by the wheels (it's not a turbine) and this gives the tailwind mass to push on, which increases the speed, and things continue from there. The design is capable of going faster than the wind that is powering it. It's counterintuitive but has been tested with a few different designs now, the original "Veritasium" I believe brought it into public view.
