If that's a Ram Air IV , that thing is stupid fast. I had a 69 Ram Air IV GTO and that thing was SCARY and the TA version is probably a few hundred pounds lighter which makes it that much SCARIER. Wish I could afford it.

I stopped the video 16 seconds into it. No way. I would have to have at least another inch of sidewall. Probably another 2 inches. You can get great brakes without having to run one inch of sidewall. One of most obvious pet peeves.

I know it's a restomod so that must be considered but those rims and tires just don't fit that car. Kinda takes away from an otherwise beautiful build.

OEM wheels? If so they will crack eventually. Cast not forged. Ask me how I know.

As a 78 year old owner for 54 years of my L-71 1969 Corvette, I have to compliment the people who created this restomod. It's beautiful. It's not "overdone". The car looks fantastic. This car can still be driven daily which is the whole idea of owning a Corvette. You've avoided the ridiculous oversize black wheels and simply modified what needed changing IMHO. Very cool.

The chrome or polished wheels are hideous and too big. A natural silver, flat type finish (not black) would look much better.

I’ll happily take a drum brake Corvette. It’s a fairly easy upgrade to disc that doesn’t hurt the value of the car or just run with the drums. My ‘68 rs had drum brakes and it was never an issue.

You can check the tire pressure in the DIC screen by pressing the gauges button. The price online is VERY good. Should sell fast.

I’m 70 and here is my list of Z/28’s I’ve e owned and still own the 70 from the original owner that I purchased in 1981. All 4 speeds. 1968 bought in 1974 for $3,000 a friend of mine is the current owner. 1971 bought in 1975 1977 ordered new 1978 ordered new 1980 ordered new 1970 bought in 1981 for $5,000 If I ever purchase a 69 it has to have the RS option.
