Looks pretty easy. Another Ford dealer in Sylva told me it's going to be $150 for them to change the oil on my Maverick. Think I'll just do it myself or let you do it! Thats crazy.

Relatively similar procedure on the Maverick, it's a 2.0 Ecoboost instead of a DuraTec like the focus, super easy though!

I was hoping you'd show it in the video but I'll ask here. On both my 09 p71 and my 03 town car the injectors were difficult to shove back into their holes. I went with putting them in the fuel rail first and then pushing them into their holes on the block because the opposite way seemed to provide way more resistance. Any advice on getting these injectors to slip back into place easily when reseating the fuel rail?

I also put them in the fuel rail first, but I found the best thing to do is to coat the rubber o-rings on the injectors with some wd-40 and they'll just pop right in

Fixing to do this on a 2004 i just acquired from my neighbor. I patrolled in these cars back in the day and they were workhorses…this one has 186k on it and running a tad rough but she just needs some tlc. Didn’t know about the fuel lines (im a tacoma guy) so thanks!! Got them ordered. Good video 😉👍

I love mine. Used to have a grand Marquis but let it go. That led me to pick up this one. I got some body work happening soon, I'll try to get it filmed 🤙

Your b3000 and crown vic are two good looking vehicles , extremely clean engine compartments. Live the charcoal color..always a favorite of mine. I did this cable tie trick mamy years ago..its an amazing difference.
