Per Capita healthcare costs according to World Bank in USD, 2014: UK 3900, most wealthy Europea countries and Canada between 5000 and 5500, Australia 6000, Norway +8000, Switzerland + 9000 (they have high cost of living and thus high wages, and even for Swiss standards the wages in the healthcare sector are high). And the the private U.S. system, most expensive system in the world + 9000 Japan has + 3800, only Singapore and Israel have costs that are way below (not sure what to make of it) but in Europe no other country has a more cost efficient system
