Why don’t you get a old iphone. There are midi apps that can use the xyz axis to send midi to any device. Just saying.

The program is super deep but man the workflow is confusing.... So I made an 8 bar beat but could only hear 4 bars of it.. turn out I had to set the loop marker in song mode not pattern mode?? then after watching you I found how to make scenes but couldn't copy and paste individual patterns only the full amount of clips per scene? this can't be right.. also, somethings I can't add another group of hits or another instrument and found I needed to kill the app and reload it! it's 50% me and 50% janky..

I have the original ORBA. It was fun for a while but it was dragged down by to many small anoyances. The second version added sampler but you needed to have a phone to record the sound. This, despite taking a clear inspiration from Artiphon, adds bunch of cool stuff on tom which really makes it superior choice. I have already KO1 and Smpltrek to justify this, but glad the music doo daads are still poping up here and there. Thanks for the overview.

Is it impossible to use the UMC1820 completely "offline" (dawless)? Example: I want to use a few synths with my Synthstrom Deluge but I can't get sound out of the Line Outs without activating my DAW/FL Studio where I have to spend time routing like Inputs 5-6 to Line-Out 5-6, etc....!! So annoying to be forced to have a DAW open when a audio interface should just be routing each input to each line output?

Hi, I hope you still monitoring this video, I've been trying to use umc404hd for KZbin LIVE, condenser mic on ch 1, and guitar on ch 2 (from guitar effect line out). I can hear both ch through headphone but only ch 1 recorded to youtube live (no wet guitar). I can get booth ch recorded using OBS, but not if LIVE directly through browser (mozilla firefox), please advice.. thanks in advance 🤘🤘🤘

What I read on Novation’s site was that you have to use Chrome for web installation with Component. I was hoping that Chrome on iPad might work. Have you tried that? Thanks for your review! Very informative.

Hi, what about controls ? Without Kontakt you don't have the Automation section to assign CC to the knobs, so, how do you control the Ultrasphere running into NI Maschine for example ? I see in your video that you can assign MIDI CC to the XY motion. Are there any other controls that can be assigned ? I hope yes, without using the mouse. ? I asked SL for the Ultrasphere manual but they told me that it comes with the purchase ....uhmmmm not so good. Thanks

Hi! I just discovered this amazing application. I think I really dig a couple things about it. BUT, I have noticed that the number of beats per chord are no longer visible in the upper right of each chord box. I can only barely see the very bottom of each number. Are you experiencing the same thing?

nice vid thanx. this confusion might be of interest or at the very least provoke some laughter. connected main L/R out of a zoom playback device to the main L/R jack outs of the UMC-404HD by accident (TS jacks). its routed via a patch bay in a half-normal configuration. i can hear the playback from my zoom in my monitors. neither level knob/mix knob change playback volume, nor can i change playback level via computer. to clarify i have the umc connected to amp/monitors via the xlr outs. why can i hear the zoom playback? is the signal somehow getting to a mixer stage perhaps because of using theTS rather than TRS jack, or am i going macadamian?

I got a Rode and an Euphoria. The last being connected USB to PC and plug ins, but effects do not seems to be coming out while mike is. Not sure if with the software shown, I can rout and have effects with only one external device such as the euphoria or Rode.
