@@crownedcrow The manga is Colour recipe , Shoukichi , the dark haired guy is a stylist on a private salon. He then met Fukusuke (The blonde guy) while handing out flyers.. Fukusuke proceeds to make fun of the salon's manager which Shoukichi admires and look up to. But it turns out Fukusuke is the new stylist at the salon he works at. Shoukichi is a serious unfriendly guy while Fukusuke is a talkative friendly guy. They were total opposites and wouldn't get along. But as things get disturbing and creepier around Shoukichi (someone began stalking him and pull up pranks on him which would always send him to the edge) , Fukusuke helps him no matter what which makes Fukusuke look good on Shoukichi's eyes. (Spoiler) But actually , Fukusuke had it all planned out , Kihara who Shoukichi now believes is his stalker actually wasn't responsible for the prank calls and the condom filled with semen on his door. Fukusuke was the one responsible for it but Shoukichi is too dense to realize that. Fukusuke has a desire to take possession of Shoukichi because he fell in love with him at the moment he saw Shoukichi's tears. His whole plan was to make Kihara look like the bad guy and always come to Shoukichi when he's down and it succeeded in the end but it doesn't exactly lead to a happy ending.
