WOW, perfect explanation and just what I needed. My microbiology professor made this seem harder than it is. I finally understand after watching over 50 videos on you tube, yours is by far superior in breaking it down in a digestible way.

Before I ask you, you answered it perfectly and made me full. I was wandering where the RDRP comes from if no translation was made in (-) RNA? now I got it; "it is packaged into the capsid." Thank you!

Thats literally why i came in here! I was wandering my head off how did it do all of this while its anti-sense! Underrated video.

for the RT-ssRNA virus, would it not also use the cell's DNA pol to make the second strand of DNA? Like it uses the RT-enzyme to take +ssRNA to ssDNA and then does it take ssDNA to dsDNA using the cell's DNA pol? Thanks for the video !

The word virus in the black corporate dictionary is poison, which is foreign matter a virus don't exist in biology, they use a protein and a viral infection mixed up the information with a host of the parasite and called it a virus. What you just explain chemicals are a virus.

Thanks for the videos ,why can’t the HIV-retroviruses use the + sense directory as “mRNA” to make proteins ,why need to amie DNA first ?
