@@StarryVids we GC our own projects and use the same sub contractors regularly so much less than what someone would expect and a lot less time. We did this one in 57 days and for around $160,000 in total construction cost.

You said there are lists of technicians that can service the equipment? I’m a laundromat operator for the last decade and I’ve never come across such a list. Please share some tips on where I can find some technicians to repair my equipment.

The Williford bros boot camp is not expensive. We attended and made that money back in one month. On our KZbin channel- Giant Laundromats, attendants must use a card to start machines because its just too tempting otherwise.

I paid cash for my first laundromat 6 months ago. I go back and forth on whether or not it was smart. I like that I don’t have that large payment with these interest rates, but I also didn’t leverage my money and can’t take advantage of other opportunities that come my way. Time will tell.
