Denise, thank you very much! 🥰Bobby is much better. His voice has returned and now it’s a bass! He hardly coughs. He's catching frogs again! And he is not afraid to go to the lake! His throat will still heal, I think, but he wants to go for walks again, previously he spent most of his time at home. I made an appointment for him to see the doctor tomorrow, but I doubt he will go - he will walk and then go to bed. If his cough doesn’t bother me, we won’t go to the doctor; it’s usually a lot of stress for him. If Ellie doesn't like to swim, I don't think you should force her. Bobby doesn't like to swim either, he mostly wets his belly when it's hot and swims a little when it's very hot. It's mating season for snails and today we watched them mate on the road - it's very unusual, but I took them closer to the river because mating on the asphalt where cars drive is not a good idea.😅How are you feeling? Are you wearing the sneakers that Sydney gave you?❤

@@lenbobboblen Elena, that’s wonderful news hearing Bobby’s doing better. And, he’s talking again! Sophie talked A LOT, but Ellie and Lola don’t. It still breaks my heart that he was attacked…there’s nothing you could have done to prevent it, just like what happened to Ellie. She is completely healed…physically and psychologically. She didn’t want to leave the house, at first, either. She stayed w/ me for a week, and I helped Sydney nurse her back to health. Ellie would go outside, then want to sleep, too. Going outside w/ Greta and Bonnie will make him feel more comfortable. All three pups hate the Vet! They have this weird sixth-sense, and start freaking-out. You know Bobby better than anyone, so if you feel like he’s okay, then I understand why you don’t want putting him through anymore stress. Sydney got very mad at Drew Monday for continuously putting Ellie in the lake…I completely agree w/ you! Lola did swim on her own, which truly surprised me, as she’s very timid. Bobby looks comfortable being in water… it’s nice taking a “dip” to cool-off, and, of course, “frog hunt.” He’s just too cute!🥰 I love the way you described what the snails were doing on the road.😂 You are kind moving them for their own protection! I’ve been a little stressed, as my landlord has been doing projects in my apartment, so I only did one day of PT last week. If it doesn’t rain today, she’s going to have me walking on the gravel driveway. I’m thankful for Sydney buying me such nice shoes, as they truly are helping me learn to walk again! @@lenbobboblen How funny…I think pugs are homely, too!😅 I’m glad you and Bobby have someone he feels comfortable walking with…he will heal faster. Just from experience, if possible, try avoiding big dogs for now, or scoot past them quickly. Ellie was terrified of any big dog at first, even Duque. She’s completely healed physically and psychologically….it took a little time. Now she follows him around everywhere, and is his shadow.😂 That’s awesome that Bobby’s eating, which is a great sign he’s not in too much discomfort. @lenbobboblen I lost my furbaby Peanut in 2021. He use to hide his toys and his treats. Westie are such a wonderful and loveble breed. I had him for 10 years. I loved every minute with him. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

I hope he recovers from the stress - for now he is silent, neither eating nor drinking. I can’t count how many times Sophie, Lola and Ellie caused me to “hunt” them down, after noticing a critter of some type, or scoot under a bed or table just for their amusement. They love keeping us guessing, huh?😂 It’s difficult getting mad, though, since they’re absolutely adorable!🥰
