Thank you for including the startup. I got to see this beast several times in the fall, back in the 80’s and 90’s. I still remember feeling that thump in my chest when it started moving again. Also the whistle was absolutely haunting on dark fall night.

No locomotive conveys the power of railroads quite like the steam kind. It's all those moving parts and gears, the chugging of the engine, the shrill whistle that can be heard for miles...it just doesn't get any better than this!
