I could really relate to Jen's comment that self-practice has given her a chance to focus more on the internal forms of yoga. Great conversation!

Thank you for this lively discussion on surrender. I'm inspired by Arjuna's gradual surrender in Bhagavad Gita. He doesn't surrender because he was pressured or because he saw something beneficial for himself by doing so. Arjuna's surrender comes about because he loves the person who he believes to be the ultimate truth. I'd like learning from the Gita that one can surrender to the highest love.

Thank you, Hari. It was very helpful to be reminded of the need to cultivate spiritual attachments rather than trying to artificially abandon our attachments and aversions.
