Data? Proof? Economically, the statement makes no sense. Short term? Sure! Long term? Probably not. The longer the term we consider ROI, the better the in-house option becomes. This applies to everything. If I don't see a trade-off chart in a presentation, it should turn up the Honesty Setting to 90%.

I believe this is geared more to startup SaaS founders who just got a fresh load of cash funding. Outsourcing is clearly a better move within the first year at least where you can build and learn from that team, then replicate to internal as resources grow.

Outsourcing is exactly what is crippling US job market & economy, incentivized by profits corp execs receive thru tax cuts, then doubling profits in wage/health care difference and then buy/sell shares of inflated stock value as ‘stocks love layoffs’. This is masked by fake job posts and overlooked by rest profiting from same inflated stock. Smoke & mirrors.

Just touching on the AI, you can already do it, if you have a enriched lead sheet even with posts on social networks, you can have AI take that information and build email campaigns and push people to right segmentation, once google release duet to everyone then we will see some next level automation for email campaigns where it's doing all the work.
