It was a great time to be young. The fashion, music, television and people were dresses respectively like for church or after work. No raunchiness or vulgarity. I graduated from high school that year going to college and getting my first job which I dislike. But good times through and through.

I don't remember this song, in 79 I was in the military @ 17. Songs like FIRECRACKER (Mass Production) SLIDE (Slave in 77) and other songs were getting popular especially over seas. The Disco scene was fading away. Michael Jacksons Off The Wall was a hit. Sister Sledge and Donna Summer were and George Duke. That was a taste of good things to come for the 80s
