I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious incident I experienced involving my Hyundai vehicle. #Hyundai - On 29th October 2024, I was traveling from Delhi to Kheri Uttar Pradesh, when I was involved in a severe accident. A bike collided with my car head-on from the opposite direction, causing significant damage to the front of my vehicle, including the engine. However, I was alarmed to find that the airbags did not deploy, which could have posed a significant safety risk. Following the incident, I reached out to the helpline number for assistance and then the technical team came into picture , so I reported this critical issue to them. Unfortunately, it has been more than one and a half months, and I have not received any response or support from their side. This is quite surprising and unprofessional behaviour from the technical team of Hyundai India which is collecting primary data why airbags didn't work. This lack of response has been deeply concerning, especially given the potential safety implications of the airbag failure. I kindly request your immediate intervention to:- Investigate why the airbags did not deploy during the accident. Ensure that the dealership or technical team addresses my concerns promptly. Provide assistance with the repair process for my vehicle. Please find my vehicle details below for your reference: I trust Hyundai India will uphold its commitment to customer safety and service. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter. Can anyone in the team help me providing me the mail id of Mr. Tarun Garg so that I can bring this matter to him. Still I haven't received any update from the Hyundai team by the time I am writing this message

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Service Experience at MG Service Center, Thane (Tejpal Motors)* I'm extremely disappointed with the service experience at MG Service Center, Thane (Tejpal Motors). My MG ASTOR (MH04 MA4313) has been in and out of the service center multiple times, but the issues persist. The service team lacks communication, and the repair process is extremely lengthy. Despite promises, the issue remains unresolved, and I've had to rent a car due to the inconvenience. I've escalated this to the service head, Deelnawaz, but haven't received any positive response. The team seems clueless, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I hope MG Motors takes necessary steps to improve their service quality and customer experience.
