I think it’s totally fair to say that it was rushed, cause it was lol. The main show introduced the CRM years ago, and while yes, we’ve been waiting to see Rick Grimes return and what happened with him, we also wanted to see what the CRM is and what their existence is for. Those first 5 episodes were handling both wants beautifully. But that final episode fumbled it all man. In my opinion, you can’t use “the point of the show was to catch us up with Rick and his reunions” as an excuse for lazy, poorly executed writing. It would’ve been so much more impactful if we got that Judith and RJ reunion is literally any other way than by speed run destroying the CRM. So much wasted potential.

Tie between the two series twd and ftwd, spin offs so far is Daryl, stories of the walking dead, and tie between the bottom of the barrel rick and macaroni (way too cheesy for my liking and over mushy) and the kid spin off universe (it's like Harry Potter without magic but with zombies Uber sad)

The ones who live was kinda wierd, not gonna lie. Way too much forced dialogue and Rickshonne's constant kisses was very distracting. Daryl has this quiet, contemplative quality to it that I really enjoy. The writing is also more consistant in its quality compared to the sometimes eye rolling moments in The Ones Who Live.

Think TOWL is by far the best due to just the level of budget and visuals it had but the last episode was such letdown and the destruction of the CRM was just a few grenades after years of buildup was a joke imo

I agree with you 100% The Ones Who Live had excellent writing✍🏽 acting 🎭 pacing directing story plot twists unpredictability Okafor’s death Nat’s death M General Beale’s death Michonne having to put down her walker friends after the mustard gas was very emotional.

The only other reunion we need is Rick and Negan. Obviously Rick’s dying wish was to keep Negan alive, and Negan I think respected Rick a ton. Them two becoming close friends would be huge for TWD franchise

I just want twd to have a "The Walking Dead: Epilogue" TV movie where everyone reunites and ends their stories. twd has been so hit or miss for so long and I just want it to be over already. This show universe has been trudging on for well over half of my life now

The ones who live is a superior show. I don't feel that Daryl Dixon really represents the walking Dead as we know The walking Dead. I believe that the ones who live with Rick and Michonne is bringing back The walking Dead as we know it

If Rick doesn't reunite with everyone then it kind of feels like his fake death was for nothing. I always felt the series should bookend with Morgan and Rick reunion since that's where it started. Rick and Michonne's show was ok, but it definitely left a lot open for more.

There have been updates of Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead. So it's possible that the series be abridged with new information and modernization. ( The missing apocalypse plus new Shane and Lorie. A new Carl with the show focusing on his experiences. No Daryl and Merle. The fall of the Vatos. Less drama queening. What's to continue as zombies are dying off., destroyed, and people all gone..Then the Aliens arrive? And with Rich the Spot and his demonic fiery tail.

Some thoughts: - The deaths of Rosita, Siddiq will hurt more than other characters like Tara, Enid and Henry. I think Morgan finding out about Henry would be much better to see. They were much closer. - I'd like to see Ricks reaction to hearing about the Whisperers and how they operated and destroyed Hilltop - I'm patiently waiting for Rick to hear about Negan and how he's changed. I want him to hear about Negan saving the group multiple times and saving Judith. I also wanna see Negan tell Rick he was right about everything. I don't think there's any chance he still tries to kill Negan. That would make his (and carls mission) pointless. He's over that IMO. - Rick seeing how far characters like Gabriel & Eugene have come would be awesome. - Rick seeing the Commonwealth would be awesome. Still holding out hope for a scene or two with Rick & Mercer. - The thing I want most though? The original OG's to reunite. Rick & Morgan. I want Rick to meet Mo and have her become best friends with Judith. Similar to Negan, I want Morgan to tell Rick he was right about everything in regards to what Rick was telling him when he crossed over into FTWD. - Something that I know we WON'T get is Daryl and Maggie both apologizing to Rick for the events of season 9. They Kind of explain Ricks thought process in the one who live by him telling michone that He wants her to leave because as long as he doesn't know she dies (if she ever does) he can still believe that shes alive. I assume the same thought process works for everyone else. That way he doesn't have to worry about losing them like he lost Carl.

Not gonna lie I could imagine all spinoffs lead to walking dead final season or 2 hour movie with Rick reuniting with everyone.
