Making the common mistake of letting the weight drop on the lowering, or negative phase of the repetition, we are about 40% stronger lowering than lifting, so slow down on the negative and control the weight all the way through the lowering as well as the lifting or positive This also helps develop a better mind - muscle connection... Not just moving a weight from A to B

Thanks 😊. I like my beef only with salt and pepper and I always add the salt after grilling so the juices are not drained out. What seasoning are you using for beef?

The beef steak has it's own lovely beefy flavour that shouldn't be covered by too many spices.But I won't refuse a steak cooked in pan with butter,sage and garlic ❤️

Those arm lockouts makes me feel nervous. Change your breathing pattern on your lifts, you'll get much more put of your lifts. Great to see this machine in action. Thanks for posting this video.
