Their music holds up decade after decade. They are in my music library along with others and I have them in allot of my play lists. Their songs from the 60s to their album and also Barry’s album from about 2015. Great song writers with such a unique sound. I love the music is so many of their songs. I love how Tragedy ends. When their songs build it is amazing.

Yes I'm sure they all got tire of the same stiupid questions, because when the interviewer asks how they keep their voices Robin breaks in and says Fisherman's Friends. Only someone British or Australian would know what that reference meant.They are a cough lolly made in England. We get them here in Australia as well. I laughed when he said it. Robin could be very sarcastic at times when being interviewed.

I love these three men, still…. They were magic together. They made so much great music that still holds up today in September 2024.

It seems like Lady and Come Sail Away are the only two DeYoung-sung songs that Styx routinely performs in their setlists. I can’t find Gowan doing The Best of Times or Babe.
@MusicMavenАй бұрын
They just put Best of Times back into the set, so there should be video of that surfacing soon if it hasn't already. They also do Mr. Roboto now as well.

Barry put so much work into his performance, just like Michael Jackson. They are one of a kind.

In this crazy show world, if you manage to stay away from drugs, alcohol, parties and women (they were all there for Barry before 1970) and have a regular family life, you will survive. This is not a coincidence.

I wished they would have stayed together. They were beautiful couple and seemed to have great chemistry. Rock and roll life i guess.
