For everyone who thinks Cell would be too weak to come back, think about every genetic trait Cell (possibly) got from the rest of the cast; 1. Zenkai Boosts 2. Namekian and Frieza Race regeneration 3. Frieza's survivability (he survived getting cut in half, blasted by ssj Goku again, and a planet exploding on him long enough to he resusitated) 4. Frieza Race rapid Evolution (possibly explaining his larval state?) 5. Android's Infinite Energy 6. Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta's tactical minds (at least). 7. Frieza's and King Cold's mutant growth rate. Even if they didn't have to draw his spots, what do you do with someone who can catch up to and exceed everyone's power that quickly?

He was, enough to destroy a galaxy and much more potential to improve. Pretty sure by the time Buu woke up, Cell would've outclassed him

@@shadowhalk225 So why didn't he get stronger in the HFIL like Frieza did? And Frieza was in a cocoon while Cell was free to walk around, train, etc. He had his opportunity and got outclassed by a monkey hating butterfly.
