In other words, more people are deciding to list their homes. This means that we are shifting even further towards a BUYERS market, giving them the edge. Thank you! Yes! Unfortunately many renters believe that they cannot afford to own their own home especially with the increase in interest rates over the last year. Thankfully, rates have started to come down and are back in the 6% range. Hopefully we can get many more people into homes/condos so they can start building equity instead of throwing away money on rent!
